Requirements
- 2â4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or music/entertainment marketing.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, their audiences, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proven experience creating impactful, trend-aligned content with measurable results.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Familiarity with music industry workflows, especially within international marketing, is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, or digital partners is preferred.
