The Manager, Audience Development & Media Buying is a key role within the Digital Marketing department of Columbia Records, responsible for planning and executing paid digital ad campaigns, building fan communities, and analyzing data to drive marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, fan culture, and analytics, and experience with paid media platforms, research tools, and social media platforms.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of relevant Paid Media experience
- Hands on experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager)
- Experience with research tools, emerging and left of center social platforms (is a plus)
- Proficient in excel; extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and collaborative mindset
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptive to change and ability to prioritize deadlines
- Social media & internet culture obsessed
