We're looking for an experienced Frontline Repertoire Manager to lead the rollout of international frontline releases in Korea, bridging digital marketing, physical sales operations, and cross-market coordination to deliver revenue, market share, and standout artist moments.
Requirements
- 7+ years in music/entertainment marketing or label operations
- Proven end-to-end ownership of frontline releases in Korea (both digital and physical)
- Deep understanding of DSP ecosystems and social/video platforms
- Familiar with physical sales levers and how to translate release plans into measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and spoken Korean and English
- Ability to analyze performance signals and optimize quickly
