Manager, People Experience

At Sony Music Entertainment, we're seeking a Manager, People Experience to support senior members of the People Experience team and implement people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and organizational success. You'll provide day-to-day operational support and partner with COEs such as talent acquisition, benefits, payroll and compensation, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in mid‐ to large‐scale or matrixed organizations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Suite & Google Suite skills
