Requirements
- Extensive practical experience in the music market or a comparable entertainment/media environment
- Ideally, experience in product or project management, with a track record of independently steering releases, campaigns, or products
- Solid understanding of label processes, contract contents, relevant legal foundations, calculations, and P&L responsibility
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, with the ability to derive data-based measures for the strategic and long-term development of artists and projects
- Creativity and a well-developed musical understanding to develop strong narratives for artists and products
- Ability to take on responsibility in project and interface management, and to steer internal and external partners sovereignly
