Job Description
The Senior Manager, Business & Legal Affairs role supports the music label's business by handling contract negotiations, reviews, and management, as well as assisting with digital and new business initiatives. The position ensures contracts, rights, and policies are properly managed and compliant.
Requirements
- Negotiation, drafting and reviewing of deals and contracts
- Assisting business teams in local artist contract negotiations
- Preparing and updating template form agreements
- Updating and maintaining internal contract database and artist rights systems
- Advising on corporate restructuring and merger & acquisition transactions
- Preparing business affairs policies and guidelines
