Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote artists
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, managers, media partners, brand partners, and other industry professionals
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
- Manage budgets, contracts, and negotiations related to artist and partner development initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and digital platforms
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members
- Strong understanding of the Thailand consumer landscape, including trends, platforms, and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and negotiations
