Requirements
- Define and lead the overall marketing and creative strategy to elevate artists, grow audiences, and increase commercial impact.
- Manage frontline marketing, catalogue, promo & publicity and creative teams.
- Represent Sony Music Australia as a creative and strategic leader within the global Sony ecosystem.
- Shape and evolve the creative voice of the label, ensuring consistent, compelling storytelling across all platforms.
- Lead the creative vision for artist campaigns, including releases, branding, content, live performance marketing, and promotional assets.
- Oversee the production of high-impact brand and artist campaigns across digital, print, social, and experiential channels.
- Champion the use of emerging technologies, platforms, and content formats to engage global audiences.
- Drive audience acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies with a strong focus on ROI.
- Use data, analytics, and insights to track performance, optimise campaigns, and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop, manage, and optimise marketing and creative budgets.
- Drive ROI while maintaining high creative standards.
- Negotiate with vendors, agencies, and third-party partners to maximise value.
