VP, Artist and Label Marketing

UnitedMasters is seeking a Vice President, Artist & Label Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution across our exclusive artist roster and growing label services business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining the marketing vision for artists and labels while building and leading a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Strategic leader with the ability to set direction and move teams into action.
• Proven experience building artist brands and culturally relevant campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital, social, commerce, and release marketing.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Minimum 8–12+ years of experience in music marketing across artist and/or label environments.
• Senior leadership experience building and managing teams.
• Track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
