7+ years of experience in communications planning, integrated media strategy, or cultural strategy within an agency or brand environment

4+ years of experience in business affairs, production, talent management, or related roles. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems

Leadership experience, marketing expertise, and strong communication skills are required for this role

6+ years of experience in strategy and brand development, strong writing skills, and ability to collaborate across disciplines

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring high-performing talent

12+ years engineering experience, 5+ years leading orgs of 25+ engineers, strong technical background, experience deploying AI/ML, hands-on leadership managing distributed teams

12+ years of experience in Operations Management, A&R Operations or Administration, Business Affairs, or Royalty Administration, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role

5+ years experience in product management, launching high-impact features from start to finish, with at least 2 years specifically working in a top-tier product team

8+ years of UX/UI experience, 3+ years of design team management, and expertise in user research and prototyping tools

3-5 years of experience selling campaign-based and/or program-based programs to Creative / Content / Marketing departments
