Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Translation, an award-winning independent creative solutions company. This role is based in Brooklyn, New York with four days in-office and one day remote. The Program Manager will develop scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery systems for programs, coordinate internal and external meetings, and deliver strategic and creative deliverables to clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar communications environment
- Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, media, production, and agency finance
- Familiarity with the lifecycle of integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, experiential and/or social
- Experience supporting or leading calls with cross-functional agency teams and interfacing directly with clients
- Fluent in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides)
- Experience with resource management or workforce planning, as well as project planning tools
- Strong curiosity with a strong desire to learn and engage AI tools
