Responsibilities include configuring HRIS systems, building and creating reports and dashboards, managing access, and delivering support and managing system related incidents.
Requirements
- Relevant IT qualification/degree
- One to two years minimum experience with Workday
- Experience in SAFe and Agile methodology
- Flexibility to respond to and prioritize numerous technology requests
- Coding skills are valuable
- Development and maintenance experience on RPA tools, especially on BluePrism and power automation
- High quality standards and commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, presentation, and organization skills
- Previous experience working in HR or an HRIS Service Centre or other customer-oriented environment
- Project management experience is desirable
- Experience in working within a multi-national organization, a multi-cultural environment and with remote teams
- Good in English and Japanese
