Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, MLOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Experience with traditional NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI
- Strong software engineering background and able to write production-ready code in Python
- Experience with experiment tracking, model monitoring, LLM, and NLP evaluation techniques, and deployment strategies
- Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle and MLOps and DevOps principles
- Experience with at least one cloud provider and good knowledge of the data ecosystem
- Ability to coach others, provide technical advice and guidance, and work independently
- Master of PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
