Job Description
Sopra Steria Next is looking for an experienced consultant in change management to support clients in their major digital transformation projects, particularly SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a consultant in transformation and a first experience in transformation and change management, particularly in SAP implementation projects or other software implementation projects.
Requirements
- Graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience as a consultant in transformation
- First experience in transformation and change management, particularly in SAP implementation projects or other software implementation projects
- Excellent level of client satisfaction
- Relational sense
- Proactivity
- Ability to positively surprise team
- Possibly supervised, accompanied, inspired, and grown consultants
