As a Digital Transformation HR Consultant at Sopra Steria Next, you will join a team of 150 consultants specializing in HR processes and technologies to accompany large clients in their digital transformation and optimize HR practices. You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, accompany cultural and managerial changes, and participate in the implementation of major regulatory reforms.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Grande École of Engineering and/or Commerce or a University or equivalent
• Experience in SIRH project management and/or HR business areas in consulting
• Excellent analytical and relational skills
• Ability to adapt to international contexts
