Requirements
- BAC + 5 degree from an engineering school or a university or equivalent
- First successful experience in HR project management, AMOA, and/or on one or more HR processes (recruitment, talent management, remuneration, training...)
- Curiosity and ability to deepen complex subjects
- Rigor, proposition power, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders (HR, DSI, publishers...) with pedagogy and listening
- Relational qualities to understand clients' needs and propose adapted solutions
- Knowledge of one or more HR solutions on the market (Cegid HR, Oracle HCM...)
