As a Consultant Strategy & Partner Management, you will work in a central unit on strategic development topics, analyzing and structuring information, and implementing strategic measures in collaboration with management and specialist units. You will also manage partner and stakeholder relationships, develop procedures for cooperation, and accompany the implementation of agreed measures.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, business engineering, engineering, or a comparable field of study
- First relevant work experience in management consulting, in-house strategy, IT strategy, or a comparable qualifying role
- Analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills
- Experience in creating management and decision-making materials and working in management-related contexts
- Presentation and storytelling skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office applications
- Experience in partner or stakeholder management, and ability to confidently deal with different stakeholder groups
- High independence and responsibility, as well as teamwork and willingness to implement topics operationally and pragmatically
- Curiosity, will to shape, and ability to critically review and further develop existing approaches
- Good German and English skills in word and script
