Job Description
Sopra Steria is looking for a ServiceNow Evangelist/Ambassador to represent the ServiceNow community within Sopra Steria BeNeLux. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, as well as sharing passion and vision with business lines, prospects, and clients. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, and experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- 5+ years of experience in roles of consulting and architecture.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CIS) with proven experience in leading architecture and design of large-scale programs.
- Strong experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and supervision of migration of existing platforms to ServiceNow.
- Experience with workflows, automations, and integrations of ServiceNow.
- Ability to translate complex commercial requirements into functional/technical ServiceNow solutions.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in managing and collaborating with local, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- Obvious passion for ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Commercial mindset to support business cases and commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication, explanation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Mastery of English and French and/or Dutch.
