Job Description
To provide high-level executive support to the Principal, ensuring seamless management of personal and professional responsibilities. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in enabling the Principal to focus on strategic priorities by overseeing daily operations, managing communications and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar capacity supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
