SoSafe is looking for a Renewals Manager International to own and drive the commercial success of customer renewals across our international markets.
Requirements
- End-to-end ownership of renewals and expansions for an international customer portfolio
- Commercial strategy per account (pricing, terms, timing, risk mitigation)
- Leading renewal, pricing, and contract negotiations with customers
- Driving on-time renewals ahead of contract end dates
- Accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline management in CRM tools
- Early identification and mitigation of at-risk renewals
- Close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps
- Managing escalations and complex renewal scenarios
