Job Description
Nordion is seeking an experienced and business-oriented lawyer to join its legal team, providing strategic legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, and business law matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree
- Admission to the Law Society of Ontario
- Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience
- Familiarity with other legal systems and jurisdictions (e.g., United States, European Union, United Kingdom)
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and relevant regulatory law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong transactional and drafting skills
- Proven ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice and solutions
