Job Description
Sotera Health is seeking an experienced US tax professional as a Senior Manager, Tax, to support the company's global and U.S. tax provision, international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax planning. The role involves collaborating with finance, legal, and accounting teams and leveraging tax technology tools to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in U.S. corporate income tax.
- Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes, U.S. international tax.
- US International Tax Compliance experience.
- US International Tax Research & Planning experience.
- US International Tax Compliance experience.
- U.S. and local transfer pricing documentation experience.
- U.S. and local tax research and analysis experience.
