Job Description
Sotheby's is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to join the Corporate Development team, focusing on investor relations, growth strategy, and M&A execution. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex strategic and financial topics clearly to senior internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Partner closely with the Head of Corporate Development
- Lead the analytical and content development aspects of the investor relations workstream
- Build and maintain high-quality financial models and analyses
- Develop deep expertise in Sotheby's business model
- Work cross-functionally across Finance, Strategy, Operations, Legal, HR, and business leadership
- Partner with the Corporate Development team to support the execution of the firm's M&A strategy
- Support the strategic and financial analysis of inorganic opportunities
- Assist with transaction execution activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Corporate Development and investor communications toolkit
