Patient Services Representative

Sound Physicians is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, highly motivated, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. The role will assist with patient check-in/out, scheduling appointments, verifying benefits, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of healthcare experience
• 2 years' experience in a medical office setting
• Electronic Health Record (EMR) experience
• Proficiency in the operation of a computer and other office equipment
