Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with our most important business customers. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for Cross sell, Upsell, Deepsell, Prolongations, and reducing churn. You will also be expected to proactively offer standard and/or branch-specific telecom products, enriched with customer-specific tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Completed HBO study, preferably in a commercial direction
- At least 5-10 years of work experience as an account manager in the telecom/ICT market
- Comprehensive network in the business ICT/telecom market
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in the ICT/telecom market
- Commercial, proactive skills and multi-level approach
- Healthy dose of creativity and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurship and leadership qualities
- Valid driving license B
