Scrum master @Sound

Sound is a fast-growing innovation consultancy that helps businesses develop their digital potential. We are looking for a true digital native who can effectively guide and coach others in IT and create an optimal environment for project groups in a tactical and creative way.

Requirements

• At least HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Experience with business-IT
• At least 2 years of experience in a Scrum team (as Scrum Master)
• In possession of a Scrum certificate/diploma (PSM I, PSM II)
• Certified in SAFe
• Experience with the LEAN method
• Experience with an agile working method
• Experience with project and team guidance
• Experience with drawing up and following a roadmap
• Fluent in Dutch and English in word and writing
