Job Description
The Industrial Maintenance Director will oversee the upkeep of a state-of-the-art manufacturing production facility, ensuring employee safety, maximizing equipment reliability, and minimizing disruptions to operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years in industrial maintenance management reliability roles in a food manufacturing plant
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership position (managing through supervisors or leading multi-shift teams)
- 4-year degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven success implementing planning & scheduling systems, improving PM compliance, and driving reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog health)
