
Job description
The EHR and Billing Support Specialist provides first-level support to healthcare clients by assisting with the use and functionality of our EHR and billing software. This role requires a strong understanding of EHR systems and medical billing processes, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Handle inbound support calls, document customer issues, participate in daily ticket review meetings, follow up with customers, escalate complex technical issues, maintain customer service, and continuously learn and adapt to software updates.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of recent experience in medical billing, EHR systems, and excellent English communication skills. Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills are also required.
