Job Description
Perform daily administrative tasks, including screening calls and taking messages for attorneys, and providing day-to-day secretarial support. Edit, revise, and convert legal documents, and manage attorney time entries, expense reports, and case file documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in litigation.
- Strong secretarial and organizational skills with extraordinary attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, iManage Document Management System, Kofax, Best Authority, Aderant, Litera Compare, Big Hand Dictation System, and Compulaw.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to occasionally work early or stay late as necessary.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance.
- Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Minimum of a High School diploma required.
