Job Description
Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant needed in Newark office with at least 3 years of complex commercial litigation experience in a law firm environment. Strong knowledge of e-filing in State and Federal courts for both NJ and NY required.

- Strong knowledge of e-filing in State and Federal courts for both NJ and NY
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in e-discovery software and document management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
