Job Description
Sourgum is transforming the waste and recycling industry through cutting-edge technology. The Revenue Operations Lead will own the strategy and execution of the revenue operations function, designing and optimizing the end-to-end revenue engine.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function
- Strong understanding of the full B2B revenue lifecycle and GTM motions
- Deep experience owning and administering CRM systems (HubSpot) and related revenue tools
- Proven ability to build forecasting models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that drive decision-making
- Experience designing compensation plans, quotas, and territory models
