Job Description
Sourgum is a fast-growing, venture-backed company transforming the $100B+ waste and recycling industry through cutting-edge technology. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to own the strategy and execution of our revenue operations function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function
- Strong understanding of the full B2B revenue lifecycle and GTM motions
- Deep experience owning and administering CRM systems and related revenue tools
- Proven ability to build forecasting models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
- Experience designing compensation plans, quotas, and territory models
