Community Ambassadors

We are hiring multiple Community Ambassadors from Heatherington, Banff/Ledbury, and Herongate to support our Locally Driven Population Health (LDPH) work, helping improve health equity by working with residents to increase access to cancer prevention and chronic disease supports.

Requirements

• Share clear, culturally respectful health information
• Help neighbours learn about cancer screening and chronic disease prevention
• Connect residents to programs and supports
• Support community outreach and events
• Participate in planning community activities
• Identify barriers residents face and share insights with staff
