Community Worker

The Community Worker works closely with community members, partner organizations, and programs to plan and facilitate programming that develops leadership skills, encourages volunteerism, and fosters civic engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health or social services
• Experience creating a safe and inclusive environment
• Training in-program planning, group facilitation, and leadership development
