Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales
- Strong spoken English with a neutral or near-neutral accent
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Availability to work US business hours (EST)
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
