Job Description
The CMT Discipleship Associate Leader exists to develop, align, and advance a clear discipleship pathway for students in alignment with the overall vision and philosophy of Southeast and the CMT Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required – Biblical Degree Preferred
- Demonstrated 2-3 years experience in student ministry leadership and discipleship development.
- Experience creating curriculum, leader resources, or ministry systems preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one.
