Construction Project Manager

Southeast Restoration Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration construction projects with excellence, clarity, and compassion. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end construction process, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage job costs and profitability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction or restoration project management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of construction scopes, trade sequencing, material selection, and job costing
• Experience with project management systems (e.g., PSA, Concur)
• Proven ability to manage Trade Partners, coordinate with municipalities, and meet deadlines
