Requirements
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Perform timekeeping and some administration
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, reports, and follow-up action items
- Support onboarding activities for new employees and contractors
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and recurring administrative activities
- Coordinate department meetings, including logistics and agenda preparation
- Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and invoice processing
- Support departmental reporting, metrics tracking, and data entry activities
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows
- Build effective relationships with administrative professionals across the department and support collaborative responsibilities
- Develop templates, trackers, and organization systems to increase efficiency
- Manage mail distribution
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Submit facilities work orders when needed
- Support storm duty
