Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant for the Power Systems Division, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, running reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars for the management team.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience as a senior administrative assistant or executive assistant in an operations environment
- Hands on experience with programs including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat DC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
