Equipment Services Engineer (Atlanta, GA)

This position will provide daily leadership, guidance, and direction in the support of major equipment needs for customers across Southern Company. The Equipment Services Engineer will work within the Equipment Services group and serve as a technical resource for major equipment supporting design, maintenance, sparing strategy and problem resolution for customers across the Southern Company footprint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
• Professional Engineer License is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of circuit breakers is preferred but not required
• Experience in transmission maintenance or protection and controls is preferred but not required
