HVAC Install Helper

Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to assist with HVAC system installations, upgrades, and replacements in residential properties. The role requires excellent customer service skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Assist the HVAC Lead Install Technician with the installation, upgrades, and replacements of HVAC systems in residential properties
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every client
• Conduct thorough checks of all installation aspects to prevent unnecessary callbacks and ensure optimal performance
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in a clean and organized manner
• Meet scheduled appointments and on-call hours, ensuring timely job completion
• Perform work in tight spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces) and in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and moving objects weighing over 50 pounds
• Work safely on scaffolds and ladders at various heights
