We are seeking an HVAC Install Helper to join our team and assist in the installation, upgrades, and replacements of HVAC systems in residential properties. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
Requirements
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems and equipment
- Conduct thorough checks of all installation aspects
- Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in a clean and organized manner
- Meet scheduled appointments and on-call hours
- Perform work in tight spaces and in various weather conditions
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and moving objects weighing over 50 pounds
- Work safely on scaffolds and ladders at various heights
