Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic HVAC Install Helper to join its growing team. The role involves assisting the lead install technician with installations, upgrades, and replacements of HVAC systems in residential properties.

Requirements

• Assist the HVAC Lead Install Technician with the installation, upgrades, and replacements of HVAC systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every client
• Conduct thorough checks of all installation aspects to prevent unnecessary callbacks and ensure optimal performance
• Adhere to appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in a clean and organized manner
• Use floor savers and drop cloths to protect clients' property and keep the work area neat
• Meet scheduled appointments and on-call hours, ensuring timely job completion
• Perform work in tight spaces and in various weather conditions
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and moving objects weighing over 50 pounds
• Work safely on scaffolds and ladders at various heights
