Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and a proven ability in supervision. The role involves driving profitability, evaluating and scheduling service work, and developing departmental budgets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, gas piping, electricity, plumbing, and airflow
- Proven ability in supervision, with strong communication, computer, and mathematical skills
- Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
