Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Manager to join its growing team and become an integral part of its company's future. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise, and be able to drive profitability and customer satisfaction by enhancing revenue growth while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, gas piping, electricity, plumbing, and airflow
- Proven ability in supervision, with strong communication, computer, and mathematical skills
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
