Plumber

We are seeking a dynamic-Service Plumber to handle a range of residential plumbing tasks. The role involves troubleshooting, installing, and repairing plumbing systems, and requires strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with homeowners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
• Expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing water, gas, and sewage systems.
• Familiarity with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.
• Experience with various tools and equipment, such as pipe cutters, threaders, and soldering tools.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Physical fitness to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and handling tools for extended periods.
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and work management software to track tasks and report on job progress.
• Leadership and teamwork skills, including the ability to lead apprentices, work well within a team, and coordinate with other trades on larger projects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency calls, as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 3 years of driving experience.
