Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Hospital-wide Education for a SC Healthcare Organization. The successful candidate will have a Masters degree in Nursing, Education or related, and at least 6+ years of experience in Hospital/Nursing Education as a Director of Education. The role involves organizing, planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining educational programs, clinical projects, and staff development activities for the hospital.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina
- Bachelor's Degree with five years related experience required
- Must have current BLS/AACLS certification and current BLS Instructor training
- Nursing education and/or staff development experience required
- Advanced certification in specialty field and/or participation in professional organization(s) encouraged
