Job Description
Director of Med/Surg will be responsible for the direction of patient care in the medical surgical setting. The Director will manage staff members, consult with staff and physicians, and participate in performance improvement activities. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in Med/Surg nursing, including budgeting, staffing, and CQI.
Requirements
- Current state Registered Nurse Licensure
- 3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of medical surgical nursing
- Director experience in Med/Surg, budgeting, staffing, hiring, CQI, all age population
- MSN
- BLS certification
