Nurse Director of Psychiatric Services, Behavioral Health, RN, BSN, MSN needed for a facility in Boca Raton, FL. The director will lead and motivate professional and ancillary staff to develop their practice, knowledge, and skill base, while coordinating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Baker Act law and EMTALA regulations, as well as experience with all age populations.
Requirements
- MSN degree
- BLS and CPI certifications
- 5+ years of mental health management experience as Director or Manager
- Experience with all age populations (18+ years old)
