Call Center Agent

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Call Center Agent to join our team at Southern National Roofing. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and generating qualified opportunities for our business. This is a full-time W-2 inside sales position with hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Field inbound calls from clients and prospects to schedule appointments
• Daily telephone outreach to our database of customers and prospects
• Promote our eco-friendly roofing products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Generate qualified appointments for our outside sales division
• Participate in ongoing department meetings and training sessions
